What is the refund policy for placement fees paid to Duruper if I don't join the organization?

If you decline a job offer or choose not to join an organization after accepting a provisional offer, Duruper will not refund the placement fees. 

However, if the organization holds or denies your joining, you will receive a refund for the placement fees paid to Duruper.
